Can we talk about our calves for a sec? This is a muscle group that takes a beating no matter what you do day-to-day. Seriously--if you're sitting a lot, then you've got circulation issues. If you're walking/standing a lot, then your calves are constantly working out. 

Increasing the blood flow and relaxing the fascia of your calves will turbocharge your circulation and end up relaxing the fascia all the way up your back, too. You'll have more energy in general because your blood is flowing to your heart more efficiently and you will be surprised how much tension you can find in there. So get in there with me today and know that you can get ITZ (in the zone) and stay way longer than the 5 minutes.

Rolling the calves is my "full disclosure moment" (John Oliver, anyone?) because I, full disclosure, literally find it so boring. That's right--the crazy foam rolling lady doesn't like to roll a thing. However, I end up doing it almost every week in the full rolling classes--also released here on Patreon--because my live class participants always, always request it. And for that, and them, I am grateful. I always need it. Always.
