AND SO...  our lady cop is snared!  And our catburglar seems to be enjoying this!  Serves that cop right for being slightly more than a little insane...?  Well, perhaps she can't help that.  Childhood trauma, you know...  

But that doesn't mean it's okay to try and aggressively arrest and rip someone's clothes off when they haven't actually committed a crime...  yet.
