Update to the update! (Patreon)

Well, here we are – the first new month of my Patreon! I’d like to start by saying a thankyou to everyone for being here 😊. This is still a new thing for me and I continue to work out the approach as I get used to this.

So, I just wanted to update what I think the best approach is with the tier levels and what people can expect for this new month and beyond.

Daily content and updates: Exactly what is says! Can be all sorts of things from sketches, raw ideas and character designs ideas, to finished images here and there. Patron input will always be considered and may help influence this!

Monthly mini comic: A one page comic. May be stand alone or part of a continuation.

Sneak peeks: Probably will be access to early roughs of my comic pages, exclusive content, etc.

Monthly Request: This will take the form of either a single image or a 3 panel sequence. Please note there are limitations on level of detail, number of characters, etc! I reserve the right of course to stay within bounds of what I’m willing to do (I’m pretty open to ideas, but just establishing that in case an issue ever comes up!)

Bonus content: Each month there will be at least one of these items. It can take various forms, such as a variant cover, maybe a sequence or particular request – eg. Perhaps someone wants to see a particular character in a certain scenario…? My idea on this is for it to be driven by Patron input. If I choose one person’s input over another, it will be for that month, others will get the turn next month – that way I’m ‘spreading the love’.

So anyway, that’s the plan (at least at this stage!). Feel free to share your thoughts, I’m always open to feedback and ideas.

Oh, and I’m happy to say (as the image may illustrate) that I sorted things out with the union.
