Hey all, I finished the photoshoot for the FA Gundam last night. This was the last step of the documentation before I would pack the kit up and send it to the client.

In this image I thought I would highlight how a 35mm lens differs from the 60mm and how it can be used to make your kits look larger. The typical mobile phone camera lens is around a 30mm equivalent so this applies as well.

The framing for both pictures are the same (the Gundam fills up the frame), but the 35mm needs to be a bit closer to achieve the same result. Objects closer to the camera appear larger, hence the feet appear larger than the top of the kit, which is what you'd expect if you were to be looking at a very tall object in real life.
