You aren't meant to know who the faceless lady in the old style dress is. She has been seen for a small bit in a previous episode when they played hide and seek and flora was hiding and humming and she shushes the ghost lady cause she's trying to hum along. Hannah has been dead in the well since the day dani arrived. You see her come and introduce herself to Hannah, and hannah and miles are standing at the well.

What you’re seeing of them going into what you think are dreams are them just memory hopping over and over again and sadly because they’re dead. They keep changing slightly by what they start asking since it wasn’t how the memory actually went. Peter, Hannah and Miss Jessel have been dead since the very beginning. Many more explanations are coming, it’s OK to be confused. This is probably the most confusing season of the haunting ever. You have to pay serious attention to every little moment.
