Haremon 0.29 Update and Preview (Patreon)

Hi everyone! I'm still hard at work on 0.29, which is a pretty major update that overhauls many aspects of the game, mainly focusing on a better prologue, new/reworked sidequests, more character development, some quality-of-life improvements, and a few new features to make dungeons more fun.

In the screenshots above (which I've been sharing on Discord over the past few weeks) you can see some of the new stuff, from new scenes, to mid-battle dialogue, to a new cooking system, new moves and statuses, and more! To see more screenshots as I post them, feel free to join our Discord.

I'm pretty happy with how this build improves upon the existing game, but it's not all good news. The scope of this update has continued to expand as I decide on new features to include, so the finish line keeps getting further and further away. Since last month's build wasn't ready until mid-September, I've only been working on 0.29 for about a month now, and there's still a ways to go before it's done. I thank you all for your patience, and I hope you'll agree it was worth it when this update is ready!

That said, I have to admit that there's a chance this build won't be ready by the end of October. If that happens, I will let you know a few days before the end of the month, and I will happily refund your charge for October if you ask.

In other news, Chapter 3 is also coming along nicely in the background. I would love to have it released by the end of 2020, but I can't promise that... rest assured that I'm doing all I can to get it finished in a timely fashion while still maintaining the usual level of quality! The story, characters, environments, and art in Chapter 3 are all some of the best we've seen yet, and I hope you're as excited for the new content as I am!
