I actually finished the animation yesterday and spent all day today making it customizable. 

Out the gate I'd recommend using a character about as well-endowed as Lina. But if you want to use someone with smaller bust size I've included all the tools needed to repose the character and coom. 

The characters body can be reposed using the folder structure (mostly to move the hands), and each coom strand can be moved as adjusting the breast size will no doubt result in clipping. For ease of use I'd recommend using Lina's body but if you're willing to put in the leg-work everything is there to customize the animation. To resize the breasts you'll need to disable the constraint on the sphere, reset your breast scale in KKPE and then update and re enable the constraint.

I'm feeling like I'm starting to get some decently convincing climaxes out but it's just a lot of manual work. Great for short animations like this but I need to come up with a workflow that works for long scenes. Also this way of doing it limits the kind of mess I can make since coom piles larger than strands look incredibly unnatural when animated this way.

Despite the limitations though I'm actually quite happy with the results. I just need to bide my time and wait for a proper implementation of fluid simulation into studio.

Hello! How do you upload the preview video for your posts? I have been trying to animate, inspired by you, and post my advances on here, but have been unable to even get a video working!

Patreon isn't very video friendly. I have to do an image upload and then upload a gif. But long gifs have MASSIVE file sizes so I also have to compress them down to 480p-960p usually, with a lower framerate. I'll then attached the HD video as a download long as it's less than 300mb.
