Hey everyone! Here are the tabs, backing track, and MIDI file for my metal cover of GEARS OF FORTUNE from Bloodstained Ritual of the Night!

Rhythms:

Style - gallop, power chords, high speed

Difficulty - 4/5

Our riffs here can certainly be a bit of a challenge but I think at slower speeds it's totally manageable for newer players! The thing to watch out for are the diminished harmony runs that happen throughout parts of this. But the riffs themselves are usually variations of power chords that are more focused on getting a tight picking pattern on the picking hand. If you can nail the palm muting then you'll have most of this down!

Leads:

Style - fast alternate picking, string skpping

Difficulty - 4/5

Our leads here certainly aren't a walk in the park either! But we do have some parts in here that are significantly more straight forward than others. Our main melody during the intro is one of the easier parts and then it gets progressively crazier from there. Our chorus riff is where it gets super crazy with some string skipping arpeggios happening. Then we have a nice melodic section during our clean part.
