Here's month 3 of our year of bulking on the Stronglifts 5x5 Program. This was my first day trying a lat spread! We've got the double bicep here, too. I'm looking forward to learning more poses and seeing how things progress :]

did you do this shoot just as the sun was going down, or did your photographer simulate golden hour look with artificial lighting?

I did! It's easy to lose all muscle definition if you don't have good lighting, so I've been learning how to do it myself. I took these :)
