[ TIMELESS ] - Character Design: Surge (Riders) (Patreon)

Spent most of the morning going about designing Surge if she were in the Riders games. Some really rough sketches here!

What type of Extreme Gear do you think she'd use? How do you think she'll race?

I plan to clean these up and make them public later, but I want you guys' input on these!

If you read the previous Test Scene, you'll notice that she struggles using the Arks of the Cosmos, so instead she completely relies on Air instead of Gravity. I like to think (narrative headcanon) only those that are worthy can wield the power of the Arks...and currently Surge isn't worthy.

Sonic tries to teach her to use Extreme Gear, but she's really stubborn at first. She gets the hang of the basics eventually (somewhat) and starts experimenting with her own style of racing...she does wonder what she could do with the power of the Arks, and if it would be enough for her to defeat Sonic.
