Hello brave Emotions Explorers!

Time for another adventure, this time a more challenging one but I’m sure that you can for sure CRUSH IT!. So, first thing first: I’m giving you a structure in the video, but keep in mind that in order to succesfully complete a goal/challenge, it’s very important to be honest with ourselves and set some realistic, achievable goals.

That being said, you can choose to edit and change the schedule I’ve given you, however,

1. no phase can be replaced, meaning you need to go through all of them, from the solo adventure to the bucket challenge.

2. Each phase can be reduced time wise, but not less than 5 days - that’s the minimum to consider this challenge completed, but at beginner level.

Basically the version I’m giving you is God mode, so SHOULD take it from beginner and make your way to the most difficult mode. Now, I could’ve given you also a beginner, intermidiate, difficult and God mode, of course, but you deciding the level of challenge for each mode is really part of the exercise.

You are here to learn to be independent after all, so it’s not that surprising that this is exactly what you end up doing, is it?

Keep investing in you, keep challenging yourself and expand your comfort zone, and I promise that life will start be easier and easier. Not because you’ll be lacking problems, those keep on coming (lol), but your attitude about them will be waaaay different.

And isn’t what reality really is? The way each of us perceives and understands it?
