Hi Emme, great reaction as always :-) this episode has a lot of scenes and easter eggs about the Empire cloning program. Personally this episode reminds me of the Bad Batch. The tracker was probably planted during the bad repair before on moon of Trask (the water world with the Quarren).

the hologram at the end is one of the repair guys on Navarro, so pretty sure that's who put the tracking device on

When Din first gets to Navarro the hologram dude is there with the repair team that's going in to work on the Razor Crest and gives a sketchy look towards din and the child, kind of foreshadowing.

So the Bad Batch’s shuttle is a gunship named “The Marauder” The blue Mythrol guy was referring to the “Trexler Marauder” which is an Imperial transport used for hauling troopers (the vehicle they escape in)
