I loved your references to the Bad Batch and Daredevil in this episode!

I guess you haven't yet seen Star Wars: Rouge One yet..? (just checked, and you have, lol)

Thoughts: We saw Saw's (Double up) sister in Clone Wars when we were first introduced to him, Obi-Wan, Anakin and Ahsoka were sent to his planet to train them as rebels, it was also the episode where we saw Lux Bonteri again, as that was where he was after defecting from the seperatists and Ahsoka's feelings for him were explored further. We saw them having to slide a grenade slowly to go through a droideka shield and other things. This episode I'm mentioning was also one of those 'Are we sure the republic and jedi are always right?' as training guerilla forces that have no authority to report to and essentially act independently inciting violence does actually lead to extremists like Saw. Saw has alot of similarities with Luthen, except he lacks his calmness and rationality in exchange for emotionality and instant action, but you can see that when push comes to shove, and he understands that someone is not his enemy, he does make the right choices. He is an extremist though, agreed, as making decisions out of emotion, especially hatred towards a perceived enemy, is never a good thing and leads to wrong choices, a la Bad batch finale. He gets this alot from that episode with his sister, where he felt he didn't act swiftly enough to save her. It's also heavily implied that the Geonosians were responsible (Forced into) for the initial plans for the death star (I believe it's outright mentioned in Rogue One, but I don't remember specifically), as they are renowned for being excellent engineers, having also been responsible for the designing of most of the droids used in the clone wars, originally they were just forbidden from breeding and essentially a slave race to the empire, as per their xenophobic stance, but after the death star construction was transferred to Galen, the empire ordered the mass sterilisation of their planet to keep it secret. Great reaction as always!

It's coarse, and rough, and irritating, and it gets everywhere.
