here we are at the end of phase 1 marvel with the avengers reaction!

we got to see all of them together for the first time! i'm so excited for what is to come in phase 2!

The guy with the bow is "Hawkeye" real name Clint Barton who also appeared in Thor as a small cameo when Thor went to pick up his hammer from the site on Earth. Hawkeye doesn't have any superpowers just a Shield agent with a bow and arrow. The Avengers: The Avengers were known as "Earth's Mightiest Heroes", original founding members in the main Earth-616 comic's The Avengers #1 (September 1963) were Iron Man, Thor, Ant-Man, The Wasp, and The Hulk. Iron Man was inspired by the actions of Steve Rogers when creating this team of hero's. In the comic's the Avengers were created to counter Loki who influenced the monstrous Hulk into destroying a railway line so I imagine this is where the movie got the idea of using Loki from as a villain. Steve, Captain America was found later after the formation of the Avengers who in the comics were the one's who found Captain America in the ice. Characters like Black Widow were actually villains at this point while Hawkeye was busy running after Black Widow and working with S.H.I.L.D so both of them joined The Avengers later in the comics. in the Ultimate Universe the Avengers are known as The Ultimates this universes version of the Avengers who were an elite group of superhumans created when the President of the United States approved a new defence budget to combat the growing risk of the U.S. being attacked by supervillains. Founding members were Ant-Man, Wasp, Iron Man, and Bruce Banner as the science director pre turning into the Hulk. There first mission was to track down the Hulk who was out of control. The Avengers being connected to the Government along with S.H.I.E.L.D. and Nick Fury in the MCU seems to be inspired by the Ultimates as in the mainline comic's Earth-616 they originally had zero connection to the government with Tony deciding to form the group rather than Nick Fury who in the MCU is the one who has the plan in place to form The Avengers. The Avengers in the comic's were also used as a way to introduce new characters, Marvel would introduce a new member of the Avengers and if fans liked that character Marvel would give them their own comic book run. In the comic's there has been a bunch of Avenger members if you were a hero in the Marvel universe it's very likely that they you would be apart of the Avengers even just for a few comic Issues similar to DC's Justice League. Chitauri Information: Ultimate Universe (Earth-1610) Chitauri: The Chitauri are an interesting species first appearing in The Ultimates #8 in November 2002 they’ve only been around for 20 years nothing compared to the 83 years of Marvel comics. The Chitauri are a race of shapeshifting aliens who have attempted to conquer the Earth, most notably during World War II and again in the early 21st century. Behind the scenes the Chitauri were created by Marvel to replace the Skrull who were owned by Fox at the time so Marvel didn't have the rights instead coming up with Chitauri as a replacement. Prime Marvel Universe (Earth-616 the main comic universe) Chitauri: The Chitauri also exist in the Prime Marvel Universe (Earth-616) Most of them are simple-minded dogged creatures, like insects, to the point of following a queen. This makes the Chitauri more distinct species from the Skrulls who have been around much longer since1962 first appearing in Fantastic Four #2. Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) Chitauri: In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Chitauri were an alien race led by ****** taking elements from both the Chitauri of the Ultimate Universe and Prime Universe. This is the MCU summed up it pretty much takes the best elements from both the Ultimate Universe and Prime Universe but the stories and most of the designs come from the main universe of Earth-616 with their own spins on the events to fit into the MCU narrative. Glad you enjoyed this film, back in 2012 this was a dream for alot of people to see these hero's finally team up on the big screen drawing in both comic fans and the more mainstream audience making it a massive hit. Another great rendition of The Avengers is The Avengers: Earths Mightiest Hero's an amazing cartoon that uses the original roster from the comics. It's a very Marvel Golden Age inspired show yet it's set in modern times so it has a cool look and feel to it and is regarded as Marvel's best cartoon up there with DC's shows.

Random fact: That woman in the video at the end that you were wondering about isn't significant to the movie, but the actress plays Ellie in The Last of Us, one of the best video games ever. Recommend playing it Can't wait for more of your MCU reactions, especially the later Captain America movies!

18:20... I have seen this movie like a dozen times and I always took the "He's adopted" with a question mark at the end of that. Meaning, he has adopted to Earth's society and ruling nature. Not that he is literally adopted and is not blood brothers of Thor. I have learned so much, lolol.

I found your channel on YouTube a few days ago and watched all your Marvel vids now that I had to sign up to watch Avengers because I couldn’t wait. You are so wonderful and adorable and all of your commentary is top tier comedy. Thanks for doing this and keep up the great work!
