Congrats on making is to season 2 Imon, and you're right, the animation does look better. I think the lighting is better and they might have added more textures and detail to the digital models. Now to answer some of your questions, no spoilers. "Sidious" is Palpatine's Sith name. So when he's in the hood and going by Sidious even the bad guys don't know he's Palpatine. Only Dooku knows his identity, I think. The "gunships" are those attack craft that carry clones from the big star cruisers to planet side and back. They were the ships that Ahsoka, Anakin, and Obi-wan used to evacuate the jungle planet at the start. Also the Changeling woman in this episode is not the same one from the the Attack of the Clones (Episode II) movie. The Changeling in that movie was killed, this season at least a year after that movie.
