I just assumed smelling like the witch was solid evidence of being in the witches cult. Because Rem wasn't suspicious she was straight up livid with Subaru.

I'm not going to lie I really hope you guys treat this like Gobiin Slayer and just walk away. There are a couple cool episodes and some characters do have growth but most of the series is just filler. The whole premise is about a character that re-lives moments in time, so you're just rewatching a lot of the same stuff. Ifans disagree with me and that's fine. In my opinion it's a totally forgettable anime. just my opinion.

Telling them your thoughts about the ending is pretty much a spoiler already. You wouldn't want to plant that seed in their heads before they actually get to the end of this show. It kinda messes with their genuine reactions.

I really like that theme/sound that plays when subaru tries to tell emilia about his deaths. I need a ringtone of that.

I was thinking that too since if Subaru reeks heavily of the witches cult's smell to her, that's going to be cause for major suspicion and of course, anger for whatever her reason is.
