Okay!.. A LOT has happened these past couple weeks, and Imma try my best to summarize it XD

I started my training arc with the combat animations, and I already learned a bunch!.. Some of which I already applied on this wip by trying my hand on a more "snappy" animation style, with a focus on quick and expressive movements!

Ofc it does take a bit more work to do since it requires animating a lot more key frames, hence the shortness of this wip, but overall I liked it!

Oh!... I'll ofc show you the combat scene that I've been working on once I've made enough progress. I'm focusing on the hard part first, which is Kuki's aerial dagger attack, and uhh... it defo wasn't easy XD

I also started using the Animation Layers Add-On! And tho it is a bit finicky to use (even causing some lost progress T-T), after some time climbing up it's learning curve. It ended up helping a lot! Especially with the super fast hand and finger movements that came with the bean flicks :3

I also made a fancy rig for the dildo!.. It was a bit of a time investment for sure, but it should save me tons more in the future by not having to manually animate it anymore!.. I also plan on using that same rig for the "appendages" that will undoubtedly be popping out in future scenes :3

Derpixon dropped their latest animation "Hamichi's Corner!"... The main character of which, Hamichi *duh*, was voiced by non other than our Lumine, Invader Noodles! Shieee!... A well deserved big break that's for sure :3

And not long after that, Vicineko finally dropped their looooong awaited "Fischl x Slime" animation!.. And I somehow ended up chatting with them XD

And after breaking the ice and talking about this and that for a while, they eventually... thoroughly recommended that I go and make a Twitter account.

My priority has always been to personally improve as an animator, and make the best animations I could make. And to that end, I've always tried to minimize any potential distractions, which includes twitter!

Also, as much as I want to bring attention to my works and get people to watch my stuff, I never really wanted the attention to be focused onto me personally, so I never made one!

But Vici has also made a great point that I should think of it more as an additional platform to share my stuff. And a plan B so that even if some day I get rekt by patreon, I'll still have a reliable way to communicate with you guys.

Ig if I do end up starting one, I'll prolly just upload the animations that I have publicly on Newgrounds, and use it as a place to announce stuff. Including minor ones that I feel does not warrant a "Quick Update" post here... Anyways, do lemme know what you think about that idea :3

Fun Fact!
The first official announcement for Fischl x Slime - Special Delivery was posted on the 15th of July, 2022... The same day that I posted my first ever animation on Newgrounds, which was the old Prank Gone Wrong animation!... Aaaand it's also Hu Tao's birthday :p
