These gleaming fangs, as dark as the midnight sky, are a potent relic said to be fashioned from the teeth of an ancient vampire lord.

You gain +2 to Constitution while wearing this item.

Blood Sacrifice: While attuned to and wearing the Bleedstone Fangs, once per long rest as a bonus action, sacrifice 1 + half your character level hit points to empower your attack. Within the next minute, your next melee attack that hits a target deals maximum damage.

Mortality's Edge: Whenever the wearer is forced to make a death saving throw, it gain advantage on the roll.

Bloodbound Resistance: The attuned wearer gains resistance to necrotic damage.

Curse of Sanguine Manifestation: When the wearer is injured, the fangs start to bleed.

Cursed Reflection: The wearer's reflection becomes permanently distorted, appearing as a pale, vampiric visage even in normal mirrors and reflective surfaces.
