This is Now the Story (Patreon)

I'm going to stop calling it preview of a future story, as I'm committed to this story, at least for the next several months.  I expect my time to get sucked up by the day job, so I did some advance work on this--a day or two that I "should have" been working on another project.  I can promise (because I've already set it up) regular story and image updates about once a week or less, mostly with 2-6 images, (average 3 or so, one and exactly one single chapter of story advancement has no pics), until at least the second week of September.  What I mean is that is done and in the pipeline.  I'll still check messages and look at polls and suggestions in the meantime--I'll be here, but rendering is a giant time suck that I don't expect to get to do often.  So It's made, and it's there.  I'm looking forward to the Patreon getting to the "good stuff" that is being narratively set up now.  I'm pretty enthused about how this story will go after that, as all 30 updates don't even make up 1/6th of what I have planned, plot-wise and specific action-wise, but there are some pretty intriguing images coming your way soon.  If you want to have influence on the direction of the story or what happens to the characters, say so, and I will try to add it at some point if it doesn't conflict too much with my story arc.
