Maddy stretched out her bedroll on a soft spot of ground not too far from the firepit Minna was working on. Although it was rather warm this time of year, it could still get cold at night. Miri, meanwhile, made her way down to the small stream she had noticed on the map. She looked at the sparkling water flowing through the wood. It looked so refreshing. She crouched down and dipped a finger in. It was cold, but not too cold. Looking around cautiously to make sure no one was watching, she started to doff her armor, placing it in a neat pile, topped off with her belt and blade. Looking around again, she started disrobing. She smelled her tunic and grimaced. She preferred to stay clean, but this journey hadn’t allowed that. The dust from the road had stuck to her sweat. Everything seemed dirty and sticky, and a quick dip in the stream was just the remedy she needed. She’d be back in camp before anyone would have time to prepare provisions. Except for her long hair, she’d be dry by sunset, and then the weather would turn cooler. She’d start the journey tomorrow clean and refreshed.

Wading into the water, she felt the cold on her toes and shins, then her thighs. She took a deep breath, and dunked her upper body down into the water all at once, trying to speed up the slow torture of wading into the water. It was shocking and exhilarating. She found the water not to be deep enough to swim properly, but it was still invigorating. She scrubbed a bit the hair under her arms, and caressed her hips. She gave a quick scrub also to the brown tuft of hair between her legs. It felt so good, this crystal-clear water, that she was a bit aroused. Looking around suspiciously, she saw no one, so she let her hand explore this sensation more. Falling to her knees in the shallow stream, she moaned a little as she enjoyed the sensation. Explorative caresses gave way to urgent ones; she was nearing climax when she heard a rustling in the brush by the stream. She was inclined to ignore it—probably a squirrel or a chipmunk, or something a little bigger, like a raccoon. But when she heard it again, she stopped and listened, scanning the shore for the source of the sound.

I knew you would. Last image is weird, not what I was going for, but it came out oddly artsy, so I kept it.
