A drop landed on the page. Ophelia quickly mopped it with her sleeve before it could blot her papers. She had been sketching away by the riverside for the past few hours, beneath the towering walls of Larenne. It was not her city, but she had come to love it. It was in this city that she fell in love, by this river that they had walked; But that felt like a world away now.

She felt another drop hit her hand as she filed her diagrams away. She had spent the past hours ranging distances, assessing angles, and studying this small section of the wall. Atop its crenellations loomed the fearsome arcane cannon that she had been commissioned by the city to engineer. This was the section they would attack, the weak spot, and it was her guns that would defend it to the last. It wasn't her city, but she would die for it. She felt for the letters under her jacket. Her love was far away now, but the letters gave her warmth. She would need it when the storm came.

Welcome adventurers to the Siege of Larenne, Part1!

The first of a 3-part series, this map and its follow-ups will allow you to run multi-stage siege encounters that could span months of in-game time. Run as either an attacker or a defender, your party can raid the surrounding countryside, protect the farmsteads long enough to bring precious provisions to the city, or get straight to bombarding the opposing force with stone, shot, and sorcery. How you save or take the city is up to you; But charging the walls head-on might ultimately result in your head off!

The collection comes with 160 map variants and 27 themed assets so that you can find the right city for your campaign.
