I used to play sports all throughout my childhood. Soccer, baseball, basketball, football and a few martial arts classes and private lessons from my old man. But it wasn’t until highschool that I stopped. Mainly because I didn’t have the grade point average to qualify for sports, and I just didn’t like being that one meathead. If that makes any sort of sense. I didn’t want to be just known for being the “big” guy. Now that I’m older, I admit I wanted people to see my sensitive side, but they didn’t want to read stories or poems from someone who was the size of two linebackers. That, and I was just a weird kid. And I mean…well that’s another story for another time. Lol I’ve still got a few scars… But I did laugh my ass off when they made that point about the rules of Quidditch. I love when someone points something like that out, even though they have a lot of love for that series. (also that top looks super cute!)

I forgot to add that I used to be in a table tennis team from October 2007 to January 2008 😁 Fun memories 😎

I totally hear what you’re saying about not wanting people to view you in a certain light and I respect that you wanted to tap into those more sensitive sides of yourself, especially since society often teaches men to do the opposite. So good on you! And yeah grade school is not kind to weirdos, that’s for sure. Which is why we dweebs gotta do what the Owl House preaches- stick together! 🥳

Speaking of table tennis: There was this break room that had a ping pong table and some of us from our class went in there almost every day after school to play it for a bit. It was like our tradition up until 9th grade. So that was a lot of fun too 😁
