Okay I know I said I wasn't gonna pay as much attention to the episode titles but "Hooty's Moving Hassle" being a play on "Howl's Moving Castle" is giving me life.

Heyyy! Okay for starters I’m really sorry for my absence from the channel these past few weeks mate, my mental health hasn’t been particularly great recently and I never wanna watch these shows with any negativity in my heart or even just without the right amount of enthusiasm yk? But I’m still here I promise lol, and having just caught up with episodes 2 - 6 I gotta say this show is growing on me more and more as each episode comes along! I wouldn’t call it a slow start by any stretch because there’s a whole world to introduce here of characters and monsters, and they seem to be laying some serious groundwork in terms of villains and especially with Eda’s backstory which I think is my favourite part of the show so far! I wonder if the person who cursed Eda could be her sister? They seem to have a very complicated relationship and yes when Eda asked for her sisters help she seemed sympathetic and more than willing to help, but there’s a part of me that thinks it could’ve been guilt she was feeling for cursing her maybe? Not my strongest prediction but I’m gonna stick with it until we meet some more characters at least😂 I think Luz is a great protagonist, she’s very funny and sweet and you can tell she has a really good moral code at her core! It’s gonna be interesting to see where she is as a character by the end of this show, heck even the end of this season. There just seems to be an abundance of opportunity for character growth in this magical land, and although no episode is absolutely blowing my mind currently, I like to think it’s not always about that and I really like a show that can take a minute to build its world and definitely it’s characters from the ground up, I think it makes all the stuff that comes later that much more impactful if that makes any sense. Besides all that I’d just love to know how you’re doing mate? What’s the best thing you’ve eaten in the past week? I had the single best milkshake of my life the other day, i know you don’t really eat a milkshake but I’m gonna move past that because it was SO GOOD!!😂 p.s. I haven’t said this in a while so I just wanted to say how freaking grateful I am for this channel and your videos mate, it’s always such a gift to watch these shows with you and I think my short time away really gave me some perspective on just how important the dweebdom is to me. It’s also clear just how hard you work on and off the channel and with the current state of the world I find it so inspiring not only that you’re following your dreams but that you always find time to provide this amazing safe space for people like me to come and feel comfort and to watch/discuss great shows like the Owl House:’) Now more than ever I find it so important to show appreciation so thank you dude, you have had such a positive impact on my existence and that means more than I can really say✨

Ooooh I never even thought of it that way! I guess in my mind I thought all of them combining their powers is what made the spell so effective but you're right- there could be a prodigy among them that's carrying most of the weight!
