This month's theme poll winner is a challenging one! I was kinda stumped how to go about approaching monster girls at first. On the one hand my work trends toward being pretty soft, so leaning into the monstrous is kinda going against my  own grain and I like that challenge.

To help with ideas to begin with I went out into the garden that my partner invests a LOT of time in and just snapped pictures of everything currently in bloom, and then to have a sort of framework to play within I thought about how witches might encounter floral monstergirls.

Virginia bluebells are such a vibrant blue color they kind of feel like primary colored to the extreme and I struggle to keep them in the realm of the warm palette I like to use with the witches. I think I'm going to keep playing with these and especially this design. I'm regretting not giving her long blue stockings 😩

I think I'd like to play with more exaggerated human proportions for my next attempt.

Wonderful as always Win~! I'd totally love to see more exaggerated proportions from you! (Is the witch gonna make a *virgin concocktion* brew with that special ingredient?) *heh*

Someday you need to release a book called "How to Draw NSFW Comics the Winton Way"

I love the colors on bluebell girl!!! You got their colors to work well with your normal palette imo!

Hahah, I've considered it, but I think it would mostly be about motivation and scope, rather than actual drawing 😂 That's the hardest part to me!

Oooooh thank you!! I'm glad to hear the effort paid off, then! It felt like sheer trial and error :)
