Manga Style Libby and other doodles (Patreon)

I'm not ashamed to say that this 100% started as me doing a little bit of a style study of this cuuuuute drawing from Silky Whip #5, a hentai manga published by Eros Comix in August 1998. The artist is credited as "OH! Great" and I so wish I could find out more about hentai artists from this era.
I feel like whether it's apparent or not, there's always the influence of manga lingering below the surface of everything I do and this is one of my favorite eras of manga art because, surprise, it's what I grew up with.
In other news spent some time over this past weekend working the Libby comic story. Usually I keep stories simple by just having two characters but I'm irresistibly tempted to add a third, another library coworker just to add more spice to the story. I feel like such a newbie in the writing process and I'm definitely playing with fire to complicate what for me is already complicated process. 😩 I'm confident I can finish what I start, I just get so impatient when the writing is dragging on.
Regardless, I'll have an update in a couple days for the CYOA since that's much easier to tackle for me right now while I struggle with the Libby writing :)
I'm also taking a hiking trip starting next week which might make my updates a little sparse for that week but I'll try to get things set up so there isn't a whole lot of empty time with no updates. I have a feeling getting away into nature will solve the writing problems and I'll come back with a solid direction and maybe I'll even get the thumbnails taken care of!
