Happy Saturday everyone! I think I can get a little too fixated when I'm drawing the close up fun stuff 🥵 y detail level keeps going in and out in an extreme way. It's always something I struggle with keeping consistent but I think inconsistent and done is better than consistent but slow as fuck in completing pages in this case.

I suppose if I wanted to give it the most generous artsy read possible I could say the sliding scale of detail and stuff can telegraph the significance of the way the characters are feeling it. High detail moments are in sharp focus and things that happen quickly have less detail?

Again, that might be putting it in the best possible light. More likely when I struggle with something, I redraw it a buncha times until it feels correct and it just gets more and more stiff 😭 So it goes.

 I'm keeping the color pretty temp and simple so that I can keep chugging along in getting this into a readable state and I'll be doing a broad color pass a little bit later on.
