Dye variation (Patreon)

Some quick pics to show fleece dyed one after another with the same dye pot. The first piece dyed will always be more saturated as it’ll soak up dye before the next one is added. I also struggle to keep a constant boil since my stovetop is electric, so the second batch can also be a slightly cooler temp resulting in even more colour differences. This is why I always dye multiple pieces so I can pick the best result.
