There is a equation for how much to charge. but I disagree with it because it's based on hours worked and such. Which kinda makes sense, but I also feel like it doesn't account for quality. For example, I feel like you could make allot better plush then I could, and probably take half the time to do it in. So I should be charging twice as much as you? Answer, no.

Equations are still a good ref, you just need to charge more per hour the more epxerienced you are. For example, Naz could charge 3 to 5 times more than you per hour, depending to her experience (and how much she feel like charging)
