I watched this the moment it drop and it was amazing. I loved how jimin was so supportive and took a ba k seat even though people were screaming for him he made it all about hobi. Also watching hobi go through everything you can see how detailed oriented he is, and as you go through the burn the stage even the episodes you have done he is very much like that, they call him the second leader. I enjoyed this very much just watching how everything gets done. Thanks for the reaction.

Yay! Watched this earlier this morning and thought OMG John's gonna freakin' LOVE this!! This was one of the best behind-the-scenes, and it's nice that we got to see more of the dedication and hard work Hobi put into his amazing performance. Always enjoy watching you geek out.

LOL and Love it I DID!!! it was too good and to see the first time he played with the band Blew my mind!

johnreaveslive

I loved that so much! Jimin just really took the time to support J-Hope and I loved to see it!

It made me so happy seeing that crowd full of ARMY bombs! J-Hope really put his heart and soul into this performance. So glad he had his team, Jimin, and all those ARMYs there to support him. I didn't realize that people gave him a bad time about his weight loss -- that's really sad. In his VLive with Jimin after the concert he mentioned that he had no appetite when they were preparing so I wonder if that was just due to stress/nerves? Regardless, he did amazing. 💜

If you haven’t watched J-Hope’s live he did after Hobipalooza I strongly recommend it. You get to hear his thoughts and a better sense of what he was feeling leading up to the event and then how he felt directly after the show.

John I think whenever there’s a behind the scenes (& there usually is:) you should watch them. The way you light up & geek out is an absolute blast to watch. 🫶🏻💜

johnreaveslive

ahhh heck yes! I for sure will be watching more of these as they put them out! I love to see how BTS does things differently from how I've know things to be done.

johnreaveslive

I haven't Yet but I hear they have captions on them now so I can read what they are saying! I cant wait to watch it! honestly I Was really interested but intimidated to watch the Lives because I felt that no one would want to watch me watching them for a hour plus, but I think how interesting they are by themselves maybe with my thoughts they would be worth watching as well!?

I don’t think you have to react to every live. I mean Jin went live one day to play games and it lasted like 3 and a 1/2 hours 😂. But some of them aren’t too terribly long (like the Hobipalooza one) and provide good insight to a specific event that just happened. So if it’s for something like that, maybe you can react to those. If you did want to go back and react to some of the longer lives, I suggest ones by RM (after new albums were released - we can help you find those if you need them). Namjoon used to go live to talk about the album process and how each song came to be, so as a musician, those might be something you’re interested in. Also, Suga did one for D2 (his second mixed tape). He did like a live listening party and talked about each song, so maybe you could watch that and give your thoughts (after you’ve reacted to that mixed tape - I think you said before you wanted to do the whole album like you did for RM and J-Hope). So that could be something good to follow up that album with. I think people would watch those. Older Armys don’t usually mind watching stuff they’ve already seen again, but there are also a lot of newer Armys that never went back and watched a lot of those videos just because there’s an overwhelmingly amount of content out there, so that might also give them a chance to see some lives they’ve maybe only seen clips from before. But you could always test it out and do one to see what kind of reception it gets.

John, you definitely light up when watching behind the scenes stuff. I'm sure army will watch it with you. I know I will.

Thanks for reacting! I was so excited they dropped this behind-the-scenes. It really showed why he's the Dance and Performance Leader of BTS. He's so detail-oriented and he sees the whole production. He has vision and his execution is immaculate. If he wasn't born for the spotlight, he would make one hell of a stage director. And it's so clear he just put everything into his performance. I could not be more proud of him. You should watch his Vlive with Jimin from right after the performance. There was a lot of insights shared about the process and his thoughts and feelings. j-hope is the most private of the members when it comes to being vulnerable so it felt really important to see. And Jimin was so supportive and encouraging and it was really heartwarming to see too. The subtitled version is on vlive or people have put it on Youtube by now too. And it's only 22 minutes so I hope you'll check it out! :)

When J-Hope was talking about how something was too loud and taking out the bass, etc, it reminded me that he's a producer as well as a performer. We don't get to see that side of him very often. The Behind the Scenes are really very interesting and informative, like this one, and I love the fact that BTS and their company allow us to see that side of them.

Oh watching this makes me so proud of J-Hope! He’s doing so well and love to see Jimin with him giving comfort and hyping him. I was so moved watching this because in the end you can see Jimin teared up and wiping his tears while walking with J-Hope, he must be so proud of his hyung!

bugsnbobbin

Oh, I knew you needed to watch this! I love it when we get to see them behind the scenes. It shows just how hard they work at everything, how focused and detailed they are. This was truly JHope's vision brought to life. You could see the toll it took on him; he was too stressed to eat or sleep well. You could see how much it meant to JHope to have Jimin there to lean on. I have loved that aspect of Chapter 2 for them. Even as they pursue their own things, we can see how supportive and proud the members are of each other. So proud of JHope to be the first to venture into solo performances. He absolutely crushed it.

In the Vlive after the concert, he said that his weight loss was because he was working so hard - practicing up to 6 hours a day - and because he had no appetite due to being anxious. It was great that Jimin showed up to support him - and Hitman Bang was also there for the TXT performance and Hobi's.

Megan

Did you watch the VLive they did after the show? You should watch it if you haven't. It was so sweet seeing Jimin in his element as hype man and emotional support. I love Hobi and Jimin's relationship. Really, all of BTS's relationships with each other, they are so good to each other, and it's really beautiful to see.
