It really did end up being an incredible show! Like you said, all of us can take away lessons from it. I appreciate you putting this whole series out for us to join in on, it was more fun than just watching alone!! It’s so great seeing how much they’ve grown and yet have stayed so humble and true to themselves. 💜🫰🏻

Recommendation: artist AKMU. Song Nakka. Netflix has a series called Take 1. Musicians are given the opportunity to do a once in a lifetime performance of 1 song. First episode was an opera singer - amazing. 2nd episode is AKMU doing Nakka and they went above and beyond - sky divers, 150 backup dancers, hundred yard dashes from 1 spot to the next. I’m guessing you can’t do a reaction of a Netflix show but the song, collab with IU, is interesting. https://youtu.be/EtiPbWzUY9o

Thank you John for letting us go on this journey with you. I always get emotional when JK Suga & V sing Oh Happy Days for Iris. You can tell she was so proud of them. The guys took us to church and crushed it. If I remember correctly this was filmed in mid 2014. They had only been performing a year since their debut June 13 2013. I think this show was a big influence in their careers and lives. I see them still doing things they learned from the show. Sadly Jimin is still insecure about his/their performances. What he needs to realize is only he and the team know there were mistakes. We don’t notice unless someone falls or something and even then we don’t care that someone fell all were care about is that person ok. We just enjoy the show they put on for all of us. They could be sitting in chairs singing and we would love it. Although that would be difficult for them because they can’t sit still while singing lol and Jimin will eventually fall of his chair if he doesn’t get up and move. 😂 Have a blessed rest of your day. 💜🫰🙏🏼

It breaks my heart that Jimin feels he is never good enough. He was like this for years. The groups work ethic is just amazing.

I think SNL stage was smaller then this one so this one is probably the 2nd smallest stage they’ve performed on. The behind the scenes for SNL showed how they plan and adjust their choreo to the stage they have. Amazing that even in 2014 their professionalism was on point. The behind the scenes with all the details that have to be handled is impressive and interesting.

Thanks again for sharing this series. I had not seen the entire concert before so it was a treat.

That part got me too, like I’ve been there, finding the tiny flaws in your performance and letting it eat at you, but that moment should have been a “oh my god that was amazing!” Moment for them not a “man I screwed that up!” Moment, has he gotten better at that over the years?

lol I totally agree with this! Jimin being so hard on himself is very reminiscent of many greats like Michael Jordan, if they saw their performance from our perspective they would know how amazing they are. We use to say that a ton in our band when someone messed up “just keep it together and try not to make it obvious, we’re probably the only ones who realize it” I hope he gets there one day, cause they’re all amazing! 😂 Jimin and chairs! They’re like water and oil 😂

Thank you John. This was so good. I'm so glad I got to watch it with you. Can't wait for the next series. 😊

Jimin was the last to join in 2012 and had the shortest training period and this was now in 2014 so just over a year into their debut date in 2013. He struggled a lot due to being told he didn't dance well , he has mentioned this so his insecurities where high back then . He has come a very long way with his confidence you can see it now on stage they all have. What impressed me a lot though is seeing them and there work ethic from then until now is the same they never gave up they work just as hard now as they did back theñ. I love seeing the changes in them for sure. Im so glad you watched this ,once you get past the first two episodes it became an amazing show. Thanks again, and im looking forward to burn the stage its another amazing series as well.

It's crazy to me that right across from where they were passing out flyers , there now is a store (Line Friends) where half of it is dedicated to them (BT21)

Finally watched the whole thing, thank you for posting it and watching it with me!! It's crazy to see how much they have grown since then, this was 2014 their second year being a band so I think it was the perfect timing for this to happen to them, cemented who they are as people.
