Some weird formatting problems going on (Patreon)

For the record, I know in all of my stories I usually highlight thoughts and thinking dialogue with italics. I'm doing that, inserting all of that as necessary, but for whatever reason when it's published, Patreon formats it as plain text. Just putting that out there.
