We used the following ingredients:

Loaf

  • 300g white spelt flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 1tsp dried yeast
  • 1tsp mixed spice
  • 150ml milk
  • 1  egg
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 50g melted butter
  • Rind of 1 orange
  • 50g mixed peel
  • 75g sultanas

Topping

  • 2tbsp water
  • 25g spelt flour
  • 1 egg yolk

I forget which episode … Dan talked about trapping floats, and I tried to find a link to a YouTube video I recalled liking.
