Wonderful episode of Design Diary. You just made me feel like you were speaking right to me. I have many things that I've designed, but have never gotten to the pattern stage. I need to go to "the shoe box" and sort through the scraps of paper and at least put them into organized notebooks, so that when I am at the point that I can convert them to a pattern that all my notes will be somewhere I can find them. Thank you so, so much. As a side note, I just love it when the pattern flows from the ribbing or vice versa. I really appreciate that level of attention to detail.
