Joseph,

Thank you for your message and the corresponding feedback.

Unfortunately, we have just completed your order to reconstruct your data carrier without success.

The result owed primarily to the massive damage. Despite our innovative technologies and our many years of experience in the field of data reconstruction, in some rare cases it is possible that our recovery services will not be successful due to physical limits.

As part of the data carrier diagnosis, we can already provide forecasts on the data recovery process, but many details and challenges only arise in the context of data recovery. The reasons for this are in the area of the data-bearing layer. Hard disks usually fail completely if read heads are defective. In individual cases, the disk controller tries to access data anyway. After a head crash it can occasionally happen that damaged / deformed heads hit the platters and cause deep scratches on the surfaces. To a certain extent, this damage can be corrected or ignored during the rescue, from a certain strength reading is no longer possible because replacement heads in the scratched area are immediately damaged and reading out the data becomes impossible. In such cases we use several sets of reading heads, but if these are immediately destroyed each time, a rescue cannot take place. Of course, we bear the success-related costs of data recovery in the event that we were unable to restore your data.

Note: Please let us know if you would like to have the damaged data carrier returned. Please note that 40 € plus VAT. Dismantling and assembly would be charged.

I will get back my HDD and send it to another Professional ... i dont loose my hope >.< @everyone
