We apologize for the delay in your order. However, this delay is due to the massive damage to your data carrier. Unfortunately, we repeatedly come across physical limitations that do not allow us to read the platters at a higher speed. If we speed up these processes, there will be a high probability that no data can be recovered from the data carrier, since there is a high probability that consequential damage will occur.


Of course, we don't want to take this risk and so we have to stick to the working speeds that your hard drive tells us. At the moment we have not been able to gain access to your data because the damage to the surface is so serious.
