Exclusive and Deluxe Tier Story Winners (Patreon)

So as most of you know, each month I select one person randomly from the Exclusive and Deluxe tiers to receive a free short story. 

Normally I do this via random number generator and then contact the winners to get their prompt. However, for the last few months I have not gotten any response from the winners, which means they don't get their story, so I think it's time to switch to a new system. 

The best option I can think of for now is a post made at the beginning of each month, the first person to comment from the respective tier is the winner.
