After three attempts at posting the full text here and ending up with three frozen Patreon windows, I went ahead and just created a folder for it in the DropBox.  Here's the link:

Let me know if anyone has any issues accessing the PDF.  I think I've got the setup for the next interactive figured out and I'm excited about the possibilities.  Still working on some of the details, so keep your eyes out for more details on that in the near future.
