Kenshiro is the protagonist of Fist of the North Star, which heavily inspired the first part of jojo. They also got the actual narrator of the anime for that series to talk during that scene.

Brudda the show literally says "sons of Dio" and "there's a gravitational force that brings one person to another". It's called a clarification not a spoiler, seeing as they mentioned in the post-episode discussion that they were unsure if these were the literal sons of Dio or not
