Shigaraki kind of acts like a dark version of Midoriya, i think. like he's a fanboy of heroes and does the same sort of analysis of them, but he wants to kill them instead of be like them. he was gushing over how cool Eraser Head was while trying to murder him. it's weird and twisted. D:

Watching Anime alongside Alicia has been a revelation. ^^ So many series I would not have touched on my own, because of preconceived notions against them, turn out to be awesome. ^^

there's a few sfm bits done of fights in MHA, called 'My Smash Academia' They use super smash bros fighters to replace the various character (Captain Falcon is All Might, for example, Lucas is Deku.) There's three, but don't watch 2 or 3 yet, they'd spoil later fights. 1 covers this fight that just happened in episode 12. They also use the english dub, so might be a fun comparison of sub vs dub
