Zener Villain: Automaton (Patreon)

Hey Guys! Got a few more characters for you, starting with a villain for Zener who is long overdue- Automaton.

ORIGIN

Dr. Otto Robertson was a skilled roboticist and surgeon who dreamed of merging man with machine to create an immortal being. His incredible genius and mastery of robotics led him to be hired by the Think Tank to create high-tech prosthetics that they could sell to the wealthy. Otto was happy to do this work, but he had a more ambitious goal in mind. In his spare time he was working on a robotic body to download his mind into so that he could live forever. 

When Axel de Veyra, a.k.a. Zener, made his first failed escape attempt from St. Martins he accidentally unleashed Nocturne on the facility. Nocturne went on a rampage, mortally wounding Otto in the process. In his final moments, Otto activated his machine. The process was successful and he finally achieved the immortality he dreamed of. 

The human mind, however, was not designed to be placed in an unfeeling metal shell. Only time will tell what effect this will have on the mental state of Otto, who now goes by the name Automaton.

Powers/Abilities:

• Superhuman strength
• Durability
• The ability to remove and replace various body parts
• Robot body contains many gadgets and tools, some for surgery, some for engineering, and some for combat
