Made up of some of the most dangerous and evil minds of the NRGverse, all whom have mastery over darkness in some way - Laeron can teleport throw shadows, Night Soverign's power is deprived from the abscesses of light in the cover of night, and Nocturne controls the very element of darkness itself! United by their shared hatred of humanity in some way, Blackout seeks to overthrow the world of man in the darkest and most gruesome way possible!

Essentially, we realized we had a lot of darkness-based villains, and we ultimately decided they would make a cool team together. And they're made up of some of the greatest enemies of our universe.
