Save a Sailor, Ride a Shark! (Patreon)

Right around the time we introduced Merauder: Rogue Wave Pirates, we began commissioning a few of our favorite artists to draw some promotional artwork for said new series. One of our first choices was our longtime friend and supporter, Alex Weston.

Not much too fancy on this one. We mostly gave him free range with Merauder, requesting only that she'd be underwater and in a fight of some kind. The Shark and the sunken pirate ship background were all Alex's ideas, and they were brilliant ideas! Really captures just how much of a nautical badass Merauder is!
