And just in time, too – the HOTD season finale is out soon!

This weekly video schedule has been wild. Making a 25-30 minute ASX video essay every week is nuts. I'm mostly happy with the HOTD videos, but ASX videos are better when there's more time to make them – so it’ll be good to be done with the schedule. Will probably take a couple extra weeks on the HOTD finale video, to get it right.

The S1E10 Q&A livestream will start at ~10:15pm Eastern Time Sunday, as usual.

ASX loves the people and the people love ASX! The vidz have been outstanding as usual and I have recently started watching the Q&A’s which I think I really like even more than the explained vidz. Keep it up! These last 2 eps are monsters.

This is a great video, thanks for all your hard work. They really went and turned Alicent into Alisaint. And Mysaria is now Westeros’ Karl Marx. . . ugh. I had a different interpretation of Otto and Alicent’s last scene. Unlike Tywin, who always made sure to put Cersei in her place, Otto seems impressed whenever Alicent asserts herself. I’m thinking Alicent’s mother was more headstrong than we’d assume (sort of like Joanna Lannister was) and that Alicent reminds him of her in times like these. And even if Otto is a patriarchal schemer, I like the fact that weirdo bug girl Helaena seems to be his favorite relative 😊
