Video design is mostly done now...

I really need to find more ways to speed up this process, it takes too bloody long to individually cut-out all of the video clips...

Video ETA is approx. 12 hours

Shift, maybe I can help, I work in video production. How are you cutting out the video clips now? You could probably even just use something like Camtasia and screencast the bits that you want in realtime. On that topic, have you given thought to HBO rights and the risk of YouTube removing your videos because of the clips? -Yosef

Hey Yosef, Currently I just select the frames I need from a high-quality copy of the episode. The clips are saved as individual AE comps, which I then import into video projects. The clips are all kept in an organised searchable library so I can easily find and reuse them. So the process is pretty efficient, it just needs to be done like 100+ times for each video.. And yeah I'm certainly aware of the risk of HBO coming down on the channel. So far they've been permissive though, so I'm not too worried. Cheers! Shift
