Raised by Wolves & The Sworn Sword (Patreon)

Raised by Wolves is a new sci fi show – it's about robots and religion and parenting and ghosts and snakes and prophecy and birth and death and aliens. Think, like, the mystery and setting of Lost, with the themes and ambition of Westworld. It’s produced by Ridley Scott, who did Alien and Prometheus (so you’d better believe those robots are full of milk-white blood!). Season 1 just ended, and we're making a video about it, exploring the crazy mysteries and themes. I realise some of you haven’t watched Raised by Wolves – it hasn’t been officially released in all countries. But the video will be accessible even if you haven’t seen the show – similar to the Watchmen 2019 video.

We're also making a video about The Sworn Sword – the second Dunk & Egg story, to follow up the Hedge Knight video. The Sworn Sword is another charmingly small-scale, low-stakes story – but like The Hedge Knight, it intertwines with the mysteries and lore and themes of the main story in lots of unexpected ways... We can explore rabbitholes like the eventual fate of Rohanne Webber, which is hinted at in the unpublished World of Ice and Fire excerpt on GRRM’s website…

After Raised by Wolves and The Sword Sword, we'll do The Mystery Knight, and maybe something about the planet Venus, and more ASOIAF, maybe His Dark Materials, and more ASOIAF, and maybe Dune, and more ASOIAF…
