Others – a little update (Patreon)

The Others only appear in a few chapters, but we learn lots of interesting little details about them.

"The Other said something in a language that Will

did not know; his voice was like the cracking of ice on a winter lake, and the

words were mocking.

their voices and laughter sharp as icicles"

(Prologue, AGOT)

So the Others have a language, they speak and they laugh. Seems like they have a culture.
And an Other is referred to as a 'he'. Are there female Others somewhere, as well as male Others?
