This video went through production hell these last few days. The size of the vid completely borked Adobe Media Encoder, so I had to go through each shot and individually replace parts with compressed images. The end result should be indistinguishable to the viewer – but it was fiddly, time-consuming work. I'm working with some AE experts (complements of your support) to rejig the production process to avoid these problems in future. All that said, I'm really pleased with this video. I think it covers a lot of ground in an easy-to-follow way – which is the raison d'être of Alt Shift X.

While we finished up Rhaegar, I made a solid start on a vid about Tyrion losing his tongue. It'll be a relatively short video, with some really interesting thematic analysis of Tyrion and his family. It should be out in about a week. The Jaime video is also ongoing – aiming to get that done next month.

Oh and what do you guys think of the new Alt Shift X website, altshiftx.tv? I want to keep it simple and minimal – but is there anything you'd like to see added to it?

And what do you think of the audio in the Rhaegar vid? We're now using a new, more professional audio setup. Still learning how best to use it (need to ease off the plosives), but there should already be a noticeable improvement.
