Hi everyone, it's a new month, and a new opportunity for me to once again say thank you for your continued support of my video retrospective projects. These efforts would be impossible without your support!

I'd like to make a little more effort to give you a sense of what's coming up each month with a bit of a preview and state-of-the-union. So here's what is on tap for April, tentatively:

Game Boy World: Skate or Die - Bad N Rad and Extra Innings

Good Nintentions/Gaiden: Controversial NES games (by request), Chubby Cherub, and the new Famicom carts by Columbus Circle

SEGAiden (a new, occasional side excursion onto SEGA platforms): Zombie Revenge, by request

Mode Seven: SimCity

I can't hit all of those this month, but those are my current projects in development.

Also, it's time for semi-annual books. The next book will round up MASSIVELY rewritten Anatomy of Games material for several cult NES games: The Goonies I & II, Bionic Commando, and a long-overdue piece on River City Ransom (by request). I'm changing up my book printing and distribution system as part of the Retronauts venture, and that means it's going to be several months before you have these books in hand. However, I'll be recording patron info at the end of the month, and everyone at the appropriate levels will receive their books when they come off the printing press! The change means no more print on demand, which means higher printing quality and, hopefully, lower book prices.

Finally, on a less essential note, I will probably be renaming my video series to make them more consistent. I had originally wanted to call everything "______ World" for consistency, but NES World is the name of the oldest and most venerable NES fan site around, so I didn't want to step on their toes. But some sort of unifying branding change is in the cards...

So please look forward to all this stuff, and thanks again! And come see us next Saturday at Midwest Gaming Classic!

This all sounds awesome. Especially the books!
