Speaking of filler...upon trying to watch the filler arc again, I just couldn't doit lol. It's not the worst, but it's not great lol. I would vote to skip it if you put it up for a vote.

the ending of that arc isn't that bad tho. it has some fun moments, especially a certain character's power-up we only see in the filler <33 def my fav of all the filler arcs

as luke once said when seeing this episode... "i'm tired of all these females lying" fr though I love Gray's character development, despite being so selfless and willing to sacrifice his life for the guild at anytime he heeded Natsu's words when Natsu stopped him from using Iced Shell in the Deliora arc and knew how much everyone would suffer if he did do that and decided he'd continue living- bro also just went along with whatever Ultear said and then followed her to find out her true plan, what a big brain man

the buildup to gray vs ultear is fire, the ost slapped hard, the dialogue was dope and the tension was always high given their mutual connection to Ul, this is one of my favourite fights from the arc

I'm not saying it's horrible or anything, I just don't like it enough to watch it again on my own haha. If they choose to watch it, I will watch with them, But GMG is another of my favorite arcs, so maybe I just wanna get to that lol

i can see why people wouldnt like the filler cuz it's between tenroujima arc and gmg arc but the arc is still amazing to me, the emotions hit hard shit nearly made me cry (tho thats not uncommon for fairy tail) and ending 11 is one of the most beautiful songs i ever heard
