Memory in the Message (Patreon)

Last week I took the time to revisit the Garufan ruins and spruce it up with some Detail(tm) and some Care(TM) and some Moss(TM) and some Aelita/Vivian lore Crumbs(TM)

Let's a take a look:

Besides the usual aesthetic, there's a few differences down here.

As you can see, the Eldest and more interestingly, Kreiss, is down here with the crew in the Hell Zone some people believe it is. What gives?

So, there's a few changes going on here. I've done a lot of work with story branches to make them more meaningful. Depending on how things go down in Angie's Tower, the outcome of this area will change.
Of course, everyone's favorite block pushing puzzle is back, although nerfed a bit. (The optional one got a little buff as compensation hehe.)

HOWEVER, if things with Kreiss doesn't go in your favor, he will not be here and will be replaced with... Adam! But that's not all that's changed.
There are now two paths.
The Path of Knowledge, and...
The Path of Strength.

If you have Kreiss with you, The Path of Knowledge will be opened by him. If you have Adam with you, The Path of Strength will open up.

As per the quality of battles here.... I allllmossstt want to put you through the ringer. But I aaallllssoooo don't wanna get anyone hardstuck here, but we'll see.................

But that's not all!
I mentioned that some of the weaker legendaries will be appearing in 13.5. Let's talk about Regirock's quest.

Regirock is a Pokémon that is pretty integral to Vivian. Its home is in the Garufan ruins. What many people didn't know (And that was on me for having weak visual story telling) is that this is also where Vivian was born!
Regirock's quest will involve manifesting memories into reality for a short burst. These memories will involve Vivian, an Envoy, and her time here in the Sanctuary. You'll have to find all the crystals and piece together Vivian's story until you find the truth!

If you're into Vivian/Aelita lore... You'll be eating it up in 13.5.
